Security Compliance Officer

Key Responsibilities: - Manage on-site security staff, ensuring all posts are covered per schedule and officers follow instructions. - Monitor officer behavior, attendance, and timekeeping, handling disciplinary issues as directed. - Coordinate incident responses, log details, and report to management. - Update clients on site issues and address concerns. - Verify access control records, maintain security uniforms/equipment, and report problems. - Perform after-hours checks, standby duties, or urgent callouts as required.

Requirements: - Matric certificate (Grade 12). - PSIRA registration (Grade C minimum, Grade B preferred). - 2-4 years of security industry experience, with 1-2 years in supervisory/acting site manager roles. - Knowledge of security operations, access control, and company procedures. - Understanding of health and safety rules and incident reporting. - Proficiency in English (additional local language preferred). - Ability to supervise staff, follow instructions, and handle client interactions. - Computer skills (Microsoft Word/Excel for reports).
