What the job is

Mango 5 is hiring Seasonal German Customer Service Representatives to work at their Airport Industria office in Cape Town. This is a contract position for a leading German fashion brand. If you speak German at a B2 level or higher and enjoy helping people, this could be the right job for you.

What you will do

You will handle customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and chats, to solve problems related to orders, complaints, and returns. You will also reach out to customers to improve their experience and prevent issues before they happen. Your role includes reviewing new orders to ensure everything runs smoothly and turning unhappy customers into happy ones by offering fair solutions. Additionally, you will collect customer feedback to help the company improve its products and services.

What you need

You must be fluent in both German and English, able to read, write, and speak both languages well. Basic English is required for internal communication. Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not required. You should be friendly, patient, and good at solving problems, with a strong focus on making customers happy. Good organizational skills and attention to detail are also important.

This job offers a basic salary, shift allowance, and commission. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 19:00, with rotational Saturdays and some holidays.
