This is a full-time position for an SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Administrator at I&J, part of AVI Limited, a leading company in the South African seafood industry. Based in Cape Town, you will work in the I&J Trawling Division at the Waterfront, supporting the planning and maintenance operations for fishing vessels and workshops.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily planning board for assigned vessels, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and without errors.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and Superintendents to meet deadlines and maintain compliance.
- Handle record-keeping for vessels and workshops, including ordering equipment and resources.
- Provide administrative support to the Workshop Foreman.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and project planning administration, preferably in a workshop or engineering environment.
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification required.
- Planning and Maintenance Certificate.
- Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance, MS Office, vessel systems, and stores management (MRP).
