A global company that makes protective paints and coatings for homes and industries is looking for an SAP IBP Analyst. This job is based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, but you will work remotely.

What the job is
You will help set up and support SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) tools. These tools help the company plan its sales, production, and inventory. You will work with business teams to understand their needs and make sure the IBP system works well for them.

What you will do
- Set up and support SAP IBP tools for demand, supply, inventory, and sales planning.
- Work with business teams to understand their needs and translate them into system changes.
- Find gaps in the current system and suggest solutions.
- Write clear instructions for developers to make changes.
- Set up and manage key parts of the IBP system like forecasts, inventory rules, and planning models.
- Help with new product launches and planning scenarios.
- Connect SAP IBP with other SAP systems like ECC or S4HANA.
- Lead IBP projects and report progress to management.
- Fix problems and help users with system issues.

What you need
- A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a similar field.
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- At least 3 years of experience setting up and using SAP IBP.
- Experience with SAP IBP modules like Demand, Supply, Inventory, and Sales & Operations Planning.
- Experience connecting SAP IBP with SAP ECC or S4HANA.
