SAP IBP Analyst

A global company that makes protective paints and coatings for homes and industries is looking for an SAP IBP Analyst. This job is based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, but you will work remotely.

What the job is You will help set up and support SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) tools. These tools help the company plan its sales, production, and inventory. You will work with business teams to understand their needs and make sure the IBP system meets those needs.

What you will do - Set up and support SAP IBP tools. - Work with business teams to understand their requirements. - Find gaps in the current system and suggest solutions. - Write clear instructions for developers to follow. - Customize IBP modules like demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management. - Help with new product launches. - Set up and manage planning rules, forecasts, and reports. - Work with other SAP systems like ECC or S4HANA. - Lead IBP projects and report progress to management. - Fix issues and help users with problems.

What you need - A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. - At least 4 years of work experience. - At least 3 years of experience working with SAP IBP. - Experience with demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and sales planning. - Experience connecting SAP IBP with other SAP systems.
