This is a full-time Sales Representative position at H Systems (Pty) Ltd., a company based in Cape Town. You will start in January 2027, after the company’s annual shutdown period. The role focuses on growing sales, managing important clients, and meeting financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Find and onboard new customers through calls, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Meet sales targets by setting goals, creating strategies, and engaging existing customers.
- Identify lost sales opportunities and work to recover them.
- Monitor back-orders and analyze customer buying patterns to spot new sales opportunities.
- Ensure profit goals are met by studying the market and improving sales strategies.
- Present products to clients, explain benefits, and ensure pricing follows company rules.
- Handle paperwork like sales reports, customer visit records, and invoices.
- Coordinate with branches or suppliers to meet demand when stock is low.
- Manage credit limits, follow up on payments, and handle credit applications.

Requirements:
- Grade 12 qualification and a valid driver’s license.
- 2 years of experience in a similar sales role and at least 8 years of overall sales experience.
- Comfortable using computers, especially Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level.
- Experience with SAGE Evolution or similar software.
- Strong sales skills including negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building.
- Understanding of basic ISO standards related to sales and business operations.
