This job is for a Sales Representative at The Building Company, based in Ongwediva. You will be responsible for selling building materials and products to contractors, developers, and other customers in the area. The role involves working outside the office to grow sales and build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively find new customers through calls and visits, even if they haven’t shown prior interest.
- Meet and exceed sales targets for both quantity and profitability.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with contractors, developers, and key clients.
- Follow up on quotes, orders, and customer requests to ensure timely execution.
- Negotiate prices and terms to close deals successfully.
- Travel to customer sites and manage sales territory efficiently.
- Understand product applications and customer needs.

Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
- At least 3 years of external sales experience, preferably in building materials, hardware, or construction.
- Valid driver’s license for travel to sites.
