This is a full-time position for a Sales Manager focused on new vehicles at Toyota Cape Gate, located in Cape Town, Western Cape. The role is a key leadership position within the Motus Corporation, part of the Toyota and Hino business unit in the automotive retail industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the new vehicle sales department, setting and meeting sales targets.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales and profit goals.
- Ensure optimal vehicle stock levels and display materials.
- Monitor costs, review pricing, and track financial performance weekly.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure Toyota quality standards for vehicle delivery.
- Meet customer experience (CE) targets and train staff on new vehicle models.
- Manage floorplan activities, stock levels, and maximize sales of additional products like warranties or accessories.

**Requirements:**
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in the motor vehicle industry.
- Tertiary qualification in sales is advantageous.
- Clean criminal record and valid driver’s license.
- Strong sales management, marketing, and team leadership skills.
- Experience in stock and procurement management.
