What the job is

What you will do

You will make cold calls and generate your own leads to find potential customers. You will sell renewable energy and financial products and services to people and companies. You will build and strengthen the company’s market position by finding, developing, and closing sales deals. You will meet weekly and monthly sales targets and provide feedback on competitors and promotions to management. You will also compile reports, track sales leads, and maintain a database of activities and opportunities. Additionally, you will manage operational tasks, control store expenses, ensure compliance with company policies, and maintain high customer service standards. You will handle customer complaints, gather feedback, and resolve issues effectively. You will also stay updated on industry trends and provide tailored solutions to clients.

What you need

You need at least 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the energy or financial industry. You should have strong sales and marketing knowledge, good customer service skills, and the ability to manage administrative tasks. You must be skilled in communication, both written and verbal, and be proficient in using Microsoft Office tools. Problem-solving, relationship-building, and the ability to work under pressure are also important.
