What the job is: This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and motivated person to join Managed People Solutions as a Sales and Merchandising Assistant Intern in Thohoyandou, Limpopo. What you will do: As a Sales and Merchandising Assistant, you will travel with sales representatives on their daily routes to observe and assist with sales activities. You will help ensure products are neatly displayed and shelves are well-stocked, making sure everything looks attractive to customers. Your role will also involve assisting customers, answering their questions, and building positive relationships with them. You will learn how to support sales teams in meeting targets and understand the importance of promotions and in-store displays. Working as part of a team, you will contribute to achieving sales and merchandising goals while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

What you need: To succeed in this role, you should have completed a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will interact with customers and team members regularly. A positive attitude, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility will help you thrive in this position. You must be willing to learn, take initiative, and work well as part of a team. A passion for sales, customer service, and merchandising, along with a commitment to completing the full 12-month internship, is also required. Availability to work during the busy December festive season is a must.
