What you will do
- Help the sales team with office tasks.
- Prepare quotes and process orders for customers.
- Keep customer records and sales documents up to date.
- Talk to customers about their orders, deliveries, and questions.
- Work with suppliers and other teams to make sure orders are filled on time.
- Help with paperwork for tenders and contracts.
- Follow up on orders that are still waiting.
- Assist with invoices and sales reports.
- Make sure the company follows health and safety rules.
- Give great customer service and build good relationships with clients.
- Do other office tasks as needed.

What you need
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar role.
- Experience in chemicals, engineering, mining, or industrial supply is a plus.
- Good organisation and admin skills.
- Experience with quotes, orders, and sales support.
- Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Pay close attention to details.
- Can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Can handle many tasks at once.
- A qualification in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field is helpful but not required.
- Knowledge of tenders and contracts is a bonus.
