What the job is
This is a learnership programme for people who have finished school. It is based in Cradock, Eastern Cape. You will work in a retail and agriculture business. The programme will help you learn new skills and gain work experience.

What you will do
You will work with the retail team. You will learn about customer service, marketing, and how a retail business works. You will get practical training and business insights.

What you need
You must have finished Grade 12. Subjects like maths, accounting, agriculture, or business studies will help but are not required. You must be interested in a career in retail or agriculture. You must also be interested in customer service and marketing. You need to include a copy of your latest school report with your application.

You should have:
- Good communication skills in Afrikaans and English
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Good maths skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good people skills

What you will get
After completing the programme, you will receive a qualification at NQF Level 5. This qualification is recognised across South Africa.
