What the job is

This is a full-time position for a Retail and Sales Coordinator at Dermalogica South Africa, based in Cape Town, Western Cape. The role involves supporting the retail business by managing administrative tasks, coordinating operations, and ensuring smooth communication between teams and stores.

What you will do

You will handle day-to-day retail administration, including maintaining records, trackers, and documents. You will support the Retail Manager and Area Managers by preparing communications, coordinating meetings, and following up on tasks. You will assist with stock management, promotions, launches, and point-of-sale (POS) setup. You will also manage the Student Store, including stock, invoicing, and customer administration. Additionally, you will prepare reports, track deadlines, and ensure all retail activities are well-organized and executed on time.

What you need

You need at least 2-3 years of experience in retail administration, sales support, or operations coordination. A qualification in Business Administration, Retail Management, Sales, or Marketing is advantageous. Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills are required. You must be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Experience in retail, skincare, or customer-facing environments is a plus.
