A luxury retail company in Johannesburg, Gauteng is looking for a Retail and Online Sales Director. This person will lead the company’s stores and online sales. What you will do
- Plan and run the company’s global retail growth strategy.
- Help the company expand into new local and international markets.
- Lead online and in-store sales to work together smoothly.
- Manage stock and make sure the right products are in the right places.
- Create great customer experiences and keep clients happy.
- Watch sales numbers and make sure the business makes money.
- Build and lead strong teams in stores and online.

- Keep the brand’s high standards in all stores and online.

What you need
- A degree in Retail Management, Business, or a related field.
- An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in retail leadership.
- At least 5 years working with luxury or high-end brands.
- Experience running stores in many locations or countries.
- Experience with online sales and stores working together.
- Strong skills in business, money management, and planning.
- Experience growing a business in other countries.
- Knowledge of stock management and how luxury customers shop.
