What the job is: This job is for a Receiving Clerk at the Dis-Chem Pharmacies store located in Preller Square, Bloemfontein, Free State. The company is looking for someone to manage incoming stock efficiently and ensure everything is in order before it goes to the store floor. This is a full-time position in a busy retail environment.

What you will do: As a Receiving Clerk, your main job will be to check and record all incoming products, verify deliveries match invoices, and ensure items are in good condition. You will handle returns, credit notes, and warehouse claims, log stock receipts, and process deliveries the same day. You will also maintain clean and organized storerooms, manage high-risk stock, and ensure compliance with safety and security measures.

What you need: To apply, you must have completed Matric (Grade 12), be comfortable using a computer, and have good math skills. Retail or receiving experience is a plus. You must be willing to work during store hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays. Ability to lift boxes over 20kg is required. Good communication skills in English are essential, and additional languages are beneficial. Must be a South African citizen with a clean criminal and credit record.
