This job is for a Quantity Surveyor with experience in building construction. A well-known construction company is looking for someone with 3 to 10 years of experience to work in Gauteng and Cape Town. The role involves managing costs, contracts, and financial control for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for construction projects.
- Monitor project spending to ensure costs stay within budget.
- Manage procurement processes, including reviewing quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Handle financial documents like interim payment certificates, variation orders, and final accounts.
- Track cash flow and prepare reports for project teams.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants to resolve issues and keep projects on track.

Requirements:
- Qualification in Quantity Surveying.
- 3 to 10 years of experience in building construction.
- Strong understanding of construction costs, budgets, and procurement.
- Experience with managing subcontractors, tenders, and construction contracts.
- Proficiency in Quantity Surveying software.
- Strong math, problem-solving, and communication skills.
