What you will do
You will lead the QA strategy, planning, and execution to ensure successful project delivery. You will define and implement test automation strategies and oversee test planning, execution, and defect management. You will drive integration, system, and regression testing, as well as maintain and improve automated test scripts. You will monitor changes in project scope and assess their impact on QA. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance to QA Engineers, promote best practices, and mentor a high-performing QA team. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

What you need
You need an IT Tertiary Qualification or ISTQB Advanced Certification (Test Analyst, Technical Test Analyst, or Test Manager) and at least 10 years of experience in testing or related roles. You should have a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA integration, as well as expertise in test management tools like DevOps and JIRA. Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing for API, Mobile, and Web is required. Proficiency in automation frameworks such as Playwright, Typescript, and Appium, and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and test automation in CI (Azure DevOps and Docker) are essential. You should also have experience with performance testing tools like K6, JMeter, or Load Runner, and basic SQL skills. Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset are important. Bonus points if you have software development experience, experience with AI tools, or have worked as a Team Lead or Manager.
