The role also involves tracking promotion progress, resolving issues, and leading a team of Promotions Specialists and Coordinators. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in retail promotions, broadsheet planning, or marketing campaign execution.
