Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure clear communication by drafting messages to project teams and external partners.
- Maintain detailed records of business development activities.
- Follow company SHERQ (Safety, Health, Environment, Risk, Quality) rules and improve document management processes.

Requirements:
- High school diploma (Matric) or equivalent.
- Diploma/certificate in project management, business administration, or related field is a plus.
- Experience as a project administrator, coordinator, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changes and maintain high ethical standards.
