What the job is

This is a Project Manager role at CBRE Excellerate, a leading company in commercial real estate services and investments. The job is based in Cairo, Egypt, and involves managing projects from start to finish for clients across Africa and the Middle East.

What you will do

You will be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This includes developing project plans, coordinating teams, consultants, and contractors, and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders. You will monitor progress, manage budgets, handle risks, and resolve issues. You will also oversee procurement, contracts, and compliance with regulations. Additionally, you will lead project meetings, prepare reports, and ensure smooth handover and close-out of projects.

What you need

You need a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Civil, Architectural, or MEP Engineering, with PMP certification preferred. You must have 8-12 years of experience managing medium to large-scale projects, particularly in banking, corporate, commercial, or infrastructure sectors. Strong knowledge of Egyptian construction laws, HSE requirements, and project management tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project is essential. You should also have excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
