The role involves leading a team of four remote designers, reviewing and approving customer artwork, troubleshooting pre-press issues, and optimizing workflows using automation and AI. Key responsibilities include ensuring 99.9% of customer design requests are delivered within two hours, managing production workflows, and collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in print production, pre-press, or packaging artwork, with advanced Adobe Illustrator skills and a deep understanding of CMYK, spot colors, and print specifications. The position is full-time, fully remote (37-hour workweek), with a salary range of R41,000 to R58,000 per month, six weeks of paid annual leave, and benefits including sick and parental leave.
