What the job is

This is a Plumber position at CBRE Excellerate, a leading company in commercial real estate services and investments. The role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and involves working on plumbing maintenance and minor projects for facilities managed by the company.

What you will do

You will perform preventive and reactive maintenance on plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and sanitary fixtures. You will install, repair, and troubleshoot plumbing systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. You will also diagnose plumbing faults, recommend corrective actions, and verify that systems are leak-free before handing over the work. Additionally, you will escalate major issues to the Technical Supervisor when needed.

What you need

You must have a trade certificate in Plumbing, Pipefitting, or an equivalent qualification. You need at least 3 years of experience in commercial plumbing projects and maintenance, preferably in facilities management. You should have hands-on experience with water supply, drainage, sanitary systems, and plumbing fixtures. Knowledge of pumps, valves, and preventive maintenance practices is also required.
