What the job is

This is a full-time position for a Parts Sales Executive at Kia South Africa, part of Motus Corporation, based in Randburg, Gauteng. The role involves selling car parts and accessories to customers at the parts counter and through telesales, ensuring all transactions are handled accurately and efficiently.

What you will do

You will assist customers with courtesy, identify their parts needs using catalogues and computer systems, and process sales transactions. You will also handle paperwork, update stock records, and ensure all credit sales are authorized. Additional duties include training new staff, maintaining parts catalogues, reporting stock movements to the Warehouse Manager, and assisting with marketing activities such as cold calling and visiting customers. You will also help with up-selling to workshop customers and ensure all transactions follow company policies.

What you need

You must have a Matric certificate or a higher certificate, along with 3 to 5 years of experience as a Parts Sales Executive with a proven track record. Strong communication skills, customer service experience, and knowledge of car parts are essential. You should also have persuasive selling skills, trustworthiness, and the ability to use social media and marketing tools effectively.
