What the job is

This is a Partner Assistant role at Catch, based in Amanzimtoti, KwaZulu-Natal. The job involves supporting Financial Planning Partners by handling client services, administrative tasks, and operational duties to ensure smooth business operations.

What you will do

You will manage client services by implementing administrative processes, liaising with product providers, and resolving client queries. You will handle client data, prepare documentation, and ensure compliance with FICA and AML regulations. You will also assist with new business transactions, monitor commissions, and maintain accurate records in systems like XPlan and NAV. Additionally, you will support office management, organize client events, and provide marketing assistance.

What you need

You need 2-3 years of experience in the financial services industry and relevant tertiary education or courses. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and XPlan are required. You must have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of FAIS and FICA legislation is essential.
