What the job is

This is a Partner Assistant role at Catch, based in Amanzimtoti, KwaZulu-Natal. The job involves supporting Financial Planning Partners by providing administrative and client service support to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery to clients.

What you will do

You will manage client services by implementing administrative processes, handling client queries, and ensuring all transactions and reporting are accurate. You will act as the main contact for clients, coordinate with product providers, and handle documentation for client onboarding, transfers, and new business transactions. You will also assist with marketing events, office management, and use systems like XPlan and NAV to maintain client records, prepare reports, and track performance metrics.

What you need

You need 2-3 years of experience in the financial services industry, along with relevant tertiary education or courses. Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office and XPlan, are required. You should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of FAIS and FICA legislation is essential, and you must be organized, proactive, and able to collaborate with others.
