Cape Town, Western Cape Part-time Closes 10 Nov 2026

This is a part-time job for a Sales Consultant at iStore Queens in Cape Town. iStore is the biggest Apple store in Africa, selling everything Apple-related, including phones, computers, accessories, and services like repairs, training, and business support. They have stores all over Africa and want friendly, tech-savvy people to help customers with their Apple needs.

As a Sales Consultant, your main job will be to help increase sales in the store. You will meet and greet customers, ask them about their needs, and show them the best Apple products or services to fit their requirements. Your role includes giving hands-on demos of the latest Apple technology, like iPhones, MacBooks, and iPads, so customers can see and feel how they work. You will also explain extra services, like repairs, warranties, or AppleCare, to make sure customers leave happy and satisfied. The company will train you on all their products and services.

To apply, you must have completed Matric or the National Senior Certificate. While some sales experience, especially in retail, is helpful, it’s not required. What’s most important is that you love Apple products and know a bit about them already. You should be a good communicator, enjoy talking to people, and be comfortable working as part of a team. Since this is a customer-facing role, you need to be friendly, patient, and eager to help others.

This is a part-time position, so you’ll have flexibility in your schedule. The company will provide full training on all Apple products and services, giving you the tools to succeed. The job offers a chance to work in a fast-growing retail environment with a well-known brand. If you’re selected, you’ll go through background checks, including criminal and credit checks, as well as verification of your ID and Matric certificate.
