This is a part-time lecturer position in Communications at Rosebank International, part of the ADvTECH Group—the largest private education provider in Africa. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Teach and guide students in Communications-related subjects online.
- Monitor and assess student engagement on the learning platform.
- Track student success rates at each module level.
- Provide continuous support to help students improve.
- Teach online classes and attend program coordination meetings.
- Improve course content and assessments.
- Hold subject consultations with students.
- Ensure timely marking and feedback.

**Requirements:**
- Honours degree or Master’s/PhD in Communication Studies, Media Studies, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of teaching or tutoring experience, preferably at a tertiary level.
- Online lecturing experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong time management, lesson preparation, and student support skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Confident presenter with attention to detail.
