Part-Time Bartender/Waiter

Faircape is looking for a friendly and professional part-time Bartender/Waiter to work at their restaurant and catering service in Onrus, near Hermanus, in the Western Cape. This role is perfect for someone who wants flexible working hours while providing excellent service in a high-quality retirement village setting. The position is permanent part-time, with about 12 shifts per month, and preference will be given to candidates living in the Hermanus area.

As a Bartender/Waiter, you will be responsible for keeping the dining and bar areas clean and well-maintained, preparing and serving drinks, and handling customer requests professionally. You will also assist with stock management, private events, and maintaining a professional appearance.

Requirements include experience as both a waiter and bartender, knowledge of serving etiquette and basic wine service, strong communication skills, and a friendly attitude. A clear health, criminal, and credit record is required, along with contactable references.
