The role involves reaching out to potential customers to create opportunities and help grow the business. Responsibilities include calling or contacting potential customers, listening to their needs, explaining product/service offerings, following up on leads, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will have at least a Grade 12/Matric certificate, 12+ months of outbound sales/call center/telemarketing experience, and comfort with CRM systems.
