This is a full-time position for an Operations Coordinator with a well-known citrus farming and export company based in Gqeberha, Eastern Cape. The company specializes in growing and exporting citrus fruits and needs someone organized and detail-focused to manage the entire process of moving products from farms to international markets. Responsibilities include coordinating with packhouses, cold storage facilities, and logistics providers to plan and track shipments, handling stock allocations, preparing loading instructions, and ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly and on time. You will also communicate regularly with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers to track shipments, follow up on schedules, and report any delays. Administrative support to the Commercial team and stock record management will also be part of the role. Requirements include 1-3 years of experience in shipping or logistics, a Bachelor’s degree, strong computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel), excellent communication, and a valid Code B driver’s license.
