This job is for a Registered Nurse working night shifts at Faircape Health, a company that runs care centers in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town, including Tokai Estate, Cle Du Cap, and Noordhoek Manor. You will be part of a team that helps patients recover from illnesses, injuries, or surgeries, as well as provide long-term care for those who need ongoing support. The role requires flexibility to work across different facilities as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update personalized care plans for patients.
- Administer medications safely and manage medication storage.
- Perform infection control and stock management duties.
- Follow emergency procedures and communicate incidents to the team and families.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Train staff, manage shifts, and ensure smooth operations during night shifts.

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC).
- Experience as a Shift Leader or Duty Sister required.
- Knowledge of dementia, frail care, or palliative care is advantageous.
- Ability to train staff, manage schedules, and work in a team.
- Clear health, criminal, and credit records.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a plus.
