This is a night shift job opening for Customer Service Advisors at Huntswood, a company that works with ResultsCX. As a Customer Service Advisor, your main job will be to provide excellent customer service through web chat, phone calls, and emails. You must have at least Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 4), a clean criminal and credit record, and at least 6 months of experience in a call center or customer service role. The role offers a base salary of R8,000 per month, plus a R2,500 night shift allowance and a R5,000 bonus upon contract completion. This is a 3-month contract with rotational shifts between 1 PM and 8 AM.
