This job is for a Module Coordinator in Business Communication and Management at Stadio Higher Education. The role is based in Cape Town, Western Cape, and the work will be done remotely. The position is permanent, and the start date is set for January 1, 2027.

As the Module Coordinator, you will create and update study materials, lessons, and class activities to ensure students receive clear and effective learning resources. You will design and set assessments, including marking guidelines and rubrics, to fairly evaluate student performance. Your role will also involve planning and structuring the learning experience for the assigned modules, ensuring they meet educational standards and student needs. Additionally, you will conduct research and engage with the community to keep the course content relevant and up-to-date.

To qualify for this role, you must have a Master’s degree in management or a related field. At least three years of experience in higher education is required, with a preference for experience in drafting learning materials and assessments. A postgraduate qualification in business communication or management is highly recommended. Knowledge of the Canvas learning management system would be a strong advantage. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, have strong communication and presentation skills, and be comfortable using technology and online teaching tools.
