What the job is
A company is looking for a Microsoft 365 Support Specialist to work remotely. You will help manage and support Microsoft 365 services for their global team. This role connects the company’s IT strategy with how it works in different countries. You will make sure digital tools work well, are safe, and help employees do their jobs.
What you will do
- Help users with Microsoft 365 tools like Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Set up and manage user accounts and permissions.
- Fix problems with Microsoft 365 services.
- Train employees on how to use Microsoft 365 tools.
- Work with teams in Europe, the Americas, and other regions to make sure IT solutions work for everyone.
- Keep systems secure by setting up rules to protect data.
- Use tools like PowerShell to automate tasks.
- Write guides and documents to help others.
- Help with projects like moving emails or files to Microsoft 365.

What you need
- At least 5 years of experience in IT support or managing systems.
- Experience working with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and managing user identities.
- Ability to write scripts using PowerShell.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time well.
- Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office.
