What the job is
This is a remote job for a company that needs someone to help manage their Microsoft 365 tools. You will work with a global IT team to make sure their digital workplace runs smoothly. The job is based in South Africa but you will work from home.

What you will do
- Help users with Microsoft 365 problems.
- Manage user accounts and licenses in Microsoft 365.
- Set up and look after Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive.
- Fix issues with Microsoft 365 tools.
- Help new employees get started and remove access for those who leave.
- Give training to users on how to use Microsoft 365 tools.
- Work with teams in different countries to make sure IT solutions work well for everyone.
- Keep systems secure and follow rules to protect data.
- Use PowerShell and Power Automate to automate tasks.
- Write down how things work and keep records.
- Help with projects like moving mailboxes or improving SharePoint.

What you need
- At least 5 years of experience in IT support or managing systems.
- Experience working with Microsoft 365 tools like Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and managing user identities.
- Ability to write scripts using PowerShell.
- Good at solving problems and explaining things clearly.
- Can work well on your own from home.
- Speak and write English well.

Nice to have
- Experience working with rules and regulations in different countries.
- Microsoft certifications like MS-900 or AZ-900.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices.
- Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with security tools like Microsoft Defender.
- Speak other languages like Dutch, French, or German.
