This job is for a Merchandiser at Dis-Chem Pharmacies in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal. You will be responsible for keeping the store well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing. The role is part of a talent pool, meaning you may be called in when needed, and it is a contract position.

Key responsibilities include:
- Restocking shelves and ensuring products are neatly arranged and easy to find
- Checking product expiry dates and maintaining store tidiness
- Managing stock in the storeroom and assisting with deliveries
- Verifying price tags and reporting discrepancies to management
- Setting up new product displays and maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Assisting with stock counts, loading/unloading stock, and customer inquiries
- Training new staff and ensuring compliance with Dis-Chem's rules and safety standards

Requirements:
- Completed Grade 12/Matric
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred)
- Willingness to work retail hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and have own transport or live near the store
- Clean criminal and credit record
- Friendly, honest, and reliable attitude
- English proficiency required; isiZulu an advantage
