This job is for a Marketing Communications Manager at Libstar, a company producing and distributing food products. The role is based in Cape Town, Western Cape, with occasional travel to other locations like White River. You will lead marketing, branding, and communication efforts for the Libstar Select Products Cluster, including multiple brands and business sites across South Africa.

Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing marketing strategies for multiple brands under the Libstar Select Products Cluster.
- Creating annual marketing plans aligned with business goals, defining brand positioning, and maintaining brand guidelines.
- Managing digital marketing, including corporate websites, email campaigns, social media, and paid digital advertising.
- Producing content for internal and external audiences, such as corporate profiles, newsletters, and product marketing materials.
- Collaborating with sales and commercial teams to create marketing tools for customer acquisition and retention.
- Overseeing marketing budgets, tracking spending, and ensuring alignment with sales growth and profitability.

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of marketing experience, preferably in managing multiple brands or business units.
- Experience in B2B marketing, FMCG, or related sectors like food service, hospitality, or retail.
- Strong skills in digital marketing, campaign management, and budget oversight.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, along with graphic design and layout skills.
- Ability to interpret sales reports, marketing performance, and budgets.
