What you will do - Plan and do regular maintenance to stop problems before they happen. - Fix things quickly when they break. - Check buildings and equipment often to make sure everything is working well. - Manage workers and outside companies who do repairs. - Keep track of money spent on maintenance. - Make sure all work is done safely and follows the rules. - Order and manage supplies needed for repairs. - Help plan big maintenance projects for the year. - Work with other teams to solve problems.

What you need - Finished high school (Grade 12). - A trade certificate from a recognised school. - 5 to 8 years of experience in maintenance work. - Experience working in hotels or student housing. - Know how to do basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting. - Understand how heating and cooling systems work. - Experience managing maintenance plans. - Good at leading teams and talking to people. - Can work well under pressure. - Know how to use Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
