A leading manufacturing and engineering company based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, is seeking a Maintenance Manager. This role involves overseeing all maintenance activities to ensure machines and equipment operate efficiently. Responsibilities include creating and implementing maintenance plans (preventative and reactive), leading a maintenance team, coordinating with contractors, managing budgets, ensuring workplace safety, and reporting to senior management. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in maintenance management or senior maintenance technician roles, preferably with a qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. Strong problem-solving, leadership, and budget management skills are essential. The position offers a full-time role with a salary range of R250,000 - R450,000 per annum.
