Loyalty Programme Administrator

This is a full-time position as a Loyalty Programme Administrator at Agrimark Operations, part of the KAL Group. Based in Paarl, Western Cape, you will manage the day-to-day operations of Agrimark’s loyalty programme for farmers and retail customers. The company is a fast-growing agri-retail business with over 100 stores across South Africa, offering farming supplies and retail products to customers passionate about agriculture and rural living.

Key responsibilities include managing loyalty programme operations, ensuring points are earned and rewards are distributed correctly, updating customer tiers, and troubleshooting system issues. You will collaborate with the marketing team and agency to plan loyalty campaigns, promotions, and competitions. Tracking customer engagement metrics and maintaining programme rules and data security are also part of the role. Additionally, you will support the rollout of the loyalty programme across all stores.

Requirements include a diploma or degree in Commerce, Marketing, or a related field (matric qualifications with relevant experience considered). At least 2-4 years of experience in loyalty programmes, CRM, or customer operations administration is required. Strong attention to detail, data proficiency, and customer service skills are essential. Experience with loyalty platforms or retail/agri-retail is advantageous.
