Legal Advisor - Funeral Claims and Investigations

The role involves preparing legally sound reports to reject funeral claims, handling complaints, disputes, and Ombudsman cases, while also training and supervising a team of investigators. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, marketing services, and implementing AI/automation tools to improve efficiency. The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of experience in insurance law, particularly in funeral or life claims, and must be admitted as an attorney or advocate in South Africa. A qualifying law degree (LLB) is mandatory.
