What you will do: As a Junior Store Manager, you will support the Restaurant General Manager in running the store daily. Responsibilities include leading and motivating your team, managing staff schedules, stock control, cash handling, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will work to meet sales targets, maintain store cleanliness and safety, and align operations with brand standards. You may also need to manage the store during the Store Manager's absence.

What you need: Minimum qualification is a Matric certificate. Requires 2-3 years of experience in supervisory, team leader, assistant manager, or similar roles in fast food, restaurant, retail, or hospitality. Strong leadership and customer service skills are essential. Experience with stock control, cash handling, and basic computer skills is required. Must be available for flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. Reliable transport and a clear criminal record are mandatory. South African citizenship or valid work permit required.
