Managed People Solutions is looking for a Junior Content Designer to join their team in Johannesburg for a 12-month internship. This role is perfect for someone who loves creating engaging learning materials and wants to help employees grow through training. You will work on designing digital learning content, managing training systems, and ensuring learning programs run smoothly.

What you will do:
- Create and update eLearning courses using tools like Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) to make interactive and effective training materials.
- Design learner guides, facilitator manuals, quizzes, and job aids following instructional design best practices.
- Develop videos, infographics, and visual aids using Canva, PowerPoint, and other multimedia tools.
- Manage the Signify Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading content, tracking learners, and scheduling sessions.
- Prepare reports on training progress, learner performance, and effectiveness.
- Organize training events, book rooms, manage attendance, and communicate with learners.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training aligns with company goals.
- Research new learning technologies, such as AI tools, to improve content efficiency.

What you need:
- Completed Matric (Grade 12) and a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in instructional design, content creation, or eLearning development (preferred).
- Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), Canva, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and LMS systems.
- Strong creative, writing, and visual design skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.
