What the job is

This is a Junior Commercial Coordinator position at ExecuJet-MRO, based in Dubai. The company specializes in aircraft maintenance and is looking for someone to join their Commercial Department. The role involves handling various tasks to support aircraft maintenance proposals and customer coordination.

What you will do

You will check if a customer’s aircraft is registered and if the requested work is covered by the company’s regulatory approvals. You will create maintenance proposals based on the customer’s work scope and review any sanctions or limitations related to the customer or aircraft. You will research maintenance requirements, obtain labor hour estimates, and ensure all proposal data is accurate and follows company standards. You will also coordinate with sales managers, maintenance supervisors, and customers to schedule hangar slots and third-party services. Additionally, you will send proposals to customers, follow up on feedback, and update internal systems. You will issue parts requisitions, monitor parts requirements, and assist in project handover meetings. You will also track past proposals and forecast future maintenance events.

What you need

You must have a solid understanding of aviation regulations and critical maintenance functions. You should be able to navigate aircraft technical data and have strong written and spoken English skills. Experience in aircraft MRO or CAMO planning departments is desirable, along with at least 5 years of experience in a similar aviation role. Familiarity with Corridor and CAMP systems, as well as business aviation experience, is a plus. You must be able to multitask, work under pressure, and communicate effectively with customers and teams from different cultures.
