Hulamin is looking for an Inside Sales Agent to join their Rolled Products Sales and Marketing team. This role is based in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal. The job involves handling customer orders, answering enquiries, and working closely with the sales team to meet sales targets and keep customers happy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling enquiries and orders professionally.
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely completion.
- Track order progress and coordinate with planning/logistics teams for on-time deliveries.
- Handle customer complaints according to company policies.
- Assist with credit notes, rebates, account queries, stock checks, and export shipments.
- Collaborate with the sales team on forecasting, reporting, and achieving sales goals.
- Support account managers and international agents from enquiry to delivery and invoicing.
- Monitor unconfirmed orders, negotiate delivery dates, and resolve delays.
- Conduct weekly customer calls to maintain strong relationships.

Requirements:
- National Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management (NQF 6), or studying towards a BCom degree (NQF 7).
- 2-3 years of experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in manufacturing/industrial settings.
- Experience with order processing and ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, BES).
- Knowledge of the aluminium, metals, or packaging industry is advantageous.
- Valid Code 08 (EB) driver’s licence.
- Strong verbal/written communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time, and handle pressure.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and work extra hours when needed.
