Head Chef for Luxury Restaurant

A luxury restaurant in Johannesburg, Gauteng is looking for a Head Chef. This person will lead the kitchen team and make sure the food is top quality. You will work in a busy, high-end restaurant and help create amazing dining experiences for guests.

What you need - Experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, preferably in a luxury or fine dining restaurant - Must live in South Africa - Good leadership and team management skills - Knowledge of food costs, stock control, and kitchen paperwork - Ability to create new and exciting menus - Good organisation and communication skills - Can work well under pressure - Passionate about food and hospitality - Ambitious and eager to grow with the business
