Dis-Chem Pharmacies is looking for a Frontline Supervisor to oversee daily operations at a retail pharmacy in the Waterfall region, Midrand, Gauteng. Responsibilities include managing customer service, supervising cashiers, handling transactions, resolving customer complaints, managing cash flow, authorizing price changes/refunds, training new staff, and ensuring proper stock handling. Must have completed Matric (Grade 12), 2+ years of cashier experience (6+ months under a Cashier Supervisor), strong math/computer skills, and willingness to work retail hours.
