This job is for a Financial Officer specializing in Accounts Receivable at the National Regulator for Compulsory Specifications (NRCS), located in Montague Gardens, Pretoria. The role focuses on managing financial processes related to invoices, payments, and customer service to support the organization’s operations and regulatory functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process supplier invoices for accuracy and timely payment
- Manage overdue payments, credit notes, refunds, and interest reversals
- Coordinate and review the Revenue Control Sheet
- Register/deregister suppliers or customers as needed
- Provide customer service and administrative support
- Generate financial reports and support audits
- Prepare and validate levy estimation calculations

Requirements:
- National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in financial environment (preferably Accounts Receivable)
- Knowledge of financial systems like SAGE or Customer Enterprise
- Understanding of debtors, invoicing, and regulatory financial processes
- Strong communication, analytical, and detail-oriented skills
- Familiarity with NRCS Act, PFMA, GRAP, and Treasury Regulations preferred
