A growing company in the technical and manufacturing industry is looking for a Financial Manager to lead the financial team and provide expert financial guidance. This role is based in Cape Town, Western Cape, and is a permanent position with a well-established organization that values financial expertise and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all financial operations, including preparing accurate financial reports and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and cash flow plans to support company growth.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Collaborate with senior management and communicate financial information clearly to non-finance team members.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related finance field.
- Professional qualifications like CA(SA), CIMA, or SAIPA are a strong advantage.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in financial management or accounting, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or technical industries.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Advanced Excel and accounting software skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
