Financial Clerk

We are looking for a careful and organized Financial Clerk to join the finance team at Pump and Abrasion Technologies, a company in the mining and metals industry. This position is based in Centurion, Gauteng. The role involves handling financial tasks with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring smooth financial operations for the company.

As a Financial Clerk, your main tasks will include entering financial data, keeping records up to date, processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and preparing monthly financial reports. You will also work with colleagues to identify and correct errors in financial records, answer financial queries, and maintain organized financial documentation.

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in a financial support position or similar role, a good understanding of basic accounting principles, proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and strong attention to detail. A Matric certificate or finance-related qualifications are preferred. Knowledge of Syspro is a plus.
